We have a team of highly trained staff, well equipped on-site laboratories, warehousing and offices. Naturally, we have an industrial scale de-mineralized water plant. We ship our products within a radius of our premises using our own delivery vehicles. Beyond this, we ship goods throughout the UK and Europe via third party courier services with whom we have established excellent working relations throughout the time we have done business. As customer service is of utmost importance to us, we never select couriers by focusing purely on cost. We select couriers based on their service in getting our products to you safely, and more importantly, on time. Given our spending power we are able to negotiate excellent service level agreements with third party couriers, the benefits for which are passed onto you as our customers.

De-mineralized water supply is a very high quality business. We keep relatively low stock levels of the de-mineralized water we supply because as our products stand, the purity of them may slowly deteriorate, increasing the likelihood of a non-conformance against our high specifications. Hence, to greatly reduce the chances of a non-conforming product, much of what we sell is either made to order or from very recent batch production.
