There are ways to combat this effect, such as purging the containers with an inert gas such as nitrogen (depending on the circumstances), which reduce the amount of impurities at the top of the container, but none of these eradicate impurities 100%. As a result, we find it helps create a more consistent product if you produce products then immediately supply them to the customer. This lack of time in storage makes for as high a purity water as possible.
