We are regularly audited by a number of parties for the manufacture of our product.  Our auditors tend to fall into one of three categories:

  1. Representatives from the body who regulate our quality accreditation (ISO 9001:2000)
  2. Customers (a number of whom are major companies)
  3. Our own staff by way of internal audits.  We have a detailed audit schedule which dictates the frequency and depth of investigation to be taken in our internal audits.

We may from time to time change our methods of operation as a result of the audit process.  For example, over the years we have changed work instructions so that we keep more batch-specific data and documentation.  Many of these changes have been driven by the companies who audit us.  Whenever possible, we back up data for security, and each of our company servers have a back-up drive built into them.  Another change may include the implementation of a pest control regime.  The way we view it, so long as something is within the realms of practicality, we will do it for the satisfaction of our customers.  Please contact us for further details on any aspect of our audit process, or any of our products and services.
