Delivery

 

General Terms

We aim to satisfy all orders placed before 12:00 (mid day) the following working day. This applies to smaller packs (i.e. 25L, 5L and 1L containers). For larger orders, such as orders for 1,000L IBC’s or multiple units of smaller packs, we aim to despatch in 2-3 working days.   Our average lead time is between 1 and 2 working days; which includes both large and small consignments. Please note we do not deliver at weekends, and whilst we pride ourselves on our level of customer service and strive to satisfy all orders in full as quickly as possible, delivery is not a guaranteed service as it is carried out by a third party which is ultimately beyond our control. We use different couriers depending on the quantity of product ordered and the delivery location.

Due to shipping costs we prefer to ship to Mainland UK only.  We are happy to quote for off-shore destinations by telephone.  We reserve the right to cancel orders to non-mainland destinations unless shipping has been arranged with us by telephone beforehand.  

 

Urgent Orders

If you require urgent delivery, or a same day service, please call before placing an order. We may use one of a number of companies for an urgent or same day delivery; the cost these services can fluctuate depending on a number of factors, from fuel prices to postal strikes, so we do not have one set supplier. We will always try to find the best value service on your behalf, however customers are welcome to source their own service if they wish.

 

Collection

Collection is welcome, as is payment on collection; however we cannot accept payment on delivery. Any goods ordered online must be paid for in full before they are dispatched. We offer accounts to customers who are looking to purchase on a regular basis. This is normally following a number of transactions where payment is received in full upfront. Our terms are strictly 30 days, please contact us for further information.
