Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, customers accept the terms and conditions set out below.

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct delivery information. All goods must be signed for on receipt. We are unable to leave goods unattended and without a signature. If re-delivery has to be arranged due to incorrect delivery instructions being given by the buyer or due to there being no-one to sign for the delivered goods, the buyer may be charged an additional delivery charge. In the event of repeated unsuccessful attempts to deliver goods, we reserve the right to cancel an order. We will provide a refund less the costs of carriage.

Any information provided is given in good faith; however it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are satisfied with such information relating to their individual situation before using our product(s). By signing for delivery of goods the customer accepts that there is no obvious shortage, damage or loss of goods. Any issues relating to shortage, damage or loss of goods must be raised in writing within 3 working days by the customer. All liability for any form of injury or damage to property or any sort remains with the customer, use or handler of our products and not with ourselves. All sales are satisfied on the condition that customers will only allow fully qualified, educated and competent individuals to handle and use our products. All information contained on our website is subject to change without notice. This could include (but is by no means limited to) stock figures, pricing of any description, anticipated delivery dates and specifications. We strive to make customers aware of any changes however we may not be able to do this on every occasion. We do not guarantee delivery. Deliveries may be carried out by third parties, with which we hold no responsibility whatsoever. Our water is not potable. None of the products we supply are intended for consumption, be it human consumption or otherwise. We have the right to refuse supply for any reason. We also have the right to withhold credit and demand immediate payment for any customers with whom we have previously given credit.

Information on the procedure for opening trade accounts can be provided by a request for further information. Further information regarding our complaints policy, environmental policy and returns policy can be provided upon request.
